Motivation is bullshit,

you need a solid “why”-the purpose around why you are doing this, because it’s not always going to be fun.

Breaking up patterns, behaviors, and ways of being rewarding but f*cking hard. It takes a lot of POWER to stop doing something in the pursuit of something else that is new to us. That’s why we have to be able to circle back to our “why”, so that when we’re feeling tired or down we can come right back to this and let it fuel us, let it DRIVE US as we face challenge.

why do you want to build a stable foundation?

Why do you want to get your body back to baseline? What do you think this work will give you that you didn’t have before?

And yeah, one of the side effects is that you’re going to look as great as you feel! Which is amazing, don’t get wrong. But surface level sh*t like “so I can look good in a bikini” isn’t going to fly here- that’s ego.

Speak to your soul.

I want to be the resource that I was searching for 7 years ago when I was struggling with both my physical and mental health. It’s my “why” for creating a solid foundation in my body? I know that with a stable foundation in my body, I have the energy and support I need to help women learn how to heal their bodies and minds. And when I am operating in my authentic purpose, I truly love my life. I can’t do that at the rate I need to if my body feels like sh*t or my limiting beliefs are holding me down, ya feel me?

So tell me… What’s your why"?
